We accept most major insurers. If you do not see your insurance company listed we are happy to provide a super bill for you each month which allows you to submit a claim for reimbursement directly to your insurance provider.
We also accept private pay.
It is important to us that we are able to serve New Hampshire families. Payment plans are available.

Getting Ready for your First Appointment-
Please have the following ready/available prior to your first appointment. This information is necessary for us to provide service to you.
- A Physician Referral
- Copy of your insurance card (front and back)
- Copy of intake paperwork or completed forms through our health portal
Please note: We are happy to submit insurance claims for services and we will do our best to check your benefit limits but ultimately it is your responsibility to know the number of visits your plan covers and the number of visits you have used.

All charges are your responsibility from the date of service.
Insurance deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service.
